I’ve always had a camera in my hand. But for years, I worked as a cook, a salesman, a porter… And I traveled. A lot. That’s where I learned to observe. To feel a place without needing an explanation. To notice what deserves to be seen — the raw, the real, the alive. That’s how it all began. Today, I create films for epicureans who, like me, sometimes struggle to put into words what they do — or who they are.
Chefs, hoteliers, tourism boards around the world. I’ve become a messenger. Of quiet stories. Of true emotion. I don’t sell off-the-shelf videos. I co-create honest, tailor-made films. Images that make people want to explore, to feel, to live. And if you’ve made it here, chances are, you have a story to tell.

What is Evasion Étoilée ?
Based in Mulhouse, Évasion Étoilée is a video production studio specialising in tourism, gastronomy, and the art of living. Born from a desire to tell real stories, it shines a light on authentic know-how through immersive films and honest imagery. With over 15 years of professional experience, I guide each project from concept to shoot, crafting bespoke videos in France and abroad. My goal? To help you connect with your audience on an emotional level — to sell differently, by telling what words alone can’t express, but what we all deeply feel. I work solo or with my creative partner on most projects, and occasionally collaborate with trusted professionals from my network.
For specific needs, I also have access to a fully equipped studio in Mulhouse. What drives me: authenticity, respect, an eye for detail, and a love for meaningful work. My background in the restaurant industry — including Michelin-starred establishments — gives me a deep understanding of your world, your challenges, and the subtle details that make all the difference.
