Istvan couldn’t find the best truffles without Mokka, his exceptionally capable Labrador who plunges into the woods and quickly returns to drop the product into István’s hand. Whether black, white or even Hungarian honey truffles, the dog hunter promptly finds a tree whose roots harbor good truffles, which István carefully digs out.
